Golds Gym

We are happy to announce that through a partnership with Golds Gym, Spectrum Therapy Consultants patients, friends, and family can join Gold’s Gym for a reduced rate of $29.99 per month ($44.99 is the regular rate). All group exercise classes and cycling classes are included in the membership. Patients can also get a free session with a personal trainer to share their Home Exercise Plan, to learn how Golds Gym equipment such as resistance bands, cable machines, cardio equipment and more can help.
