Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership and operational skills to develop team members for future roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maximize efficiency.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient in teaching EMR software systems.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Adherence to Comprehensive Compliance Plan (CCP) covering Business & Clinical Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, HIPAA, Human Resources, Code of Conduct, and all related policies, procedures, and educational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Skillfully lead all clinical personnel including interviewing, hiring, orienting, performance evaluating, promoting, counseling, and managing the discharge process.
- Support the Front Office Coordinator with scheduling, over-the-counter collections, customer service duties, and assist Tech support staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure appropriate provider and staff hours relative to clinic volume, including managing paid time off requests, internal and external staff coverage, and contingency planning for last-minute call-offs.
