Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CD to manage provider and clinic volumes, including handling paid time off requests and coordinating staff coverage.
- Embrace continuous learning and professional development.
- Complete required compliance training assignments to maintain industry standards.
- Utilize tools for tracking clinical productivity to contribute to the clinic’s operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the outpatient physical therapy environment.
- Foster a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and celebrating collective achievements.
